Great hotel and extremely helpful + friendly staff. Melanie from the front desk made our stay so warm and welcomed! I will definitely come back again. And of course cheers also to all the other staff from the hotel. Oh, breakfast was scrumptious too!
This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, the staff was lovely and accommodating, the rooms and the facilities' were clean, the sauna was perfect after a long day of skiing and the staff was always willing to turn in on early if you prefer a morning sauna. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and the lift. Both the restaurants in the hotel were amazing and for guests there is a 10 percent discount. By the end of most vacations i am ready to go home to my own bed, but this vacation i did not want to leave Eiger.
Great stay! The staff was fantastic and very welcoming. Breakfast in the morning had a wide selection of choices and the Spa is included for guests. Rooms were very clean and open minibar was a great touch! And great location, will stay here again!
We had such a wonderful stay here. The service was amazing (as I had to ask many questions 😆) The amenities were great & probably my favorite part was the delicious & huge breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful memory!
Brilliant stay!! Management and staff were superb and really made our stay very welcoming and recommended what to do in the nearby Grindelwald area. They also did not hesitate to help us with our needs when asked. The rooms are very comfortable and everything was modern and clean. Breakfast was really good and they also make fresh eggs the way you like it! Sadly we did not manage to use the spa facilities as our stay was short but we would not hesitate to book again if we visit Switzerland! Also the scenery is absolutely amazing!
Amazing hotel stay in a fairytale town. The hotel staff was excellent in all their guidance and interactions. We had opted for the breakfast buffet and it was absolutely excellent. They had a huge variety of options to choose from and also you could have eggs to order and porridge. They had fresh fruit juices and free tea, coffee and cake between 3-5 pm in the afternoon. The rooms were quite spacious and I suggest you take a room at the higher floor to get a clear view of the Eiger peak from your balcony. The room had a wooden finish and that was excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent as well. Very close to the Grindelwald banhof station. We also ate at the Barry’s restaurant on the 1st floor and the food there was amazing. We also got free juice bottles on the day of our departure. Extremely happy with our stay and we thank all the staff of Eiger Mountain and Soul resort for making our stay so memorable.

There were so many things we loved about our stay in this hotel!
First of all the owner of the hotel. She was very involved with her guests. She went from table to table and talked with all the guests! I've never seen this in any other hotel! She gave us tips on what to visit and asked us the day after what we had done.
The private spa! We took the more expensive option with a bottle of prosecco and things to eat. There was a foot bath, big bathtub, sauna, a water bed to chill out on and a private balcony if wanting to cool off. The whole experience was super fancy and relaxing!
The free coffee / tea / ice tea + cake in the afternoon.
The views! Surrounded by impressive mountains.
Dogs are welcome and bowls and blankets were waiting for them in the room.
